Screening for Plagiarism
At the Journal of Modern Style on Educational Research, we are committed to maintaining academic integrity and the quality of the research published. Therefore, we implement screening procedures to detect plagiarism in all submitted manuscripts.
Plagiarism Policy
-
Definition of Plagiarism: Plagiarism includes, but is not limited to, the appropriation of ideas, text, or data from the work of others without proper attribution. It also encompasses substantial repetition of the author's previously published work without appropriate acknowledgment.
-
Screening Process: Each submitted manuscript will undergo a plagiarism detection process using reliable plagiarism detection software. We will compare the manuscript against sources available on the internet as well as academic publication databases to ensure the originality of the content.
-
Actions Against Plagiarism: If plagiarism is detected, the manuscript will be rejected for publication. The authors will be informed of the findings and given the opportunity to revise their manuscript. We will also document this violation in our editorial records.
-
Authors' Commitment: Authors are expected to ensure that all works submitted are original and do not infringe upon the copyright or intellectual property rights of others. By submitting a manuscript to our journal, authors affirm that they have adhered to this policy.
We believe that by implementing this policy, we can contribute to the ethical and responsible development of knowledge.
