Withdrawal of Manuscript
We kindly remind authors that withdrawing submitted manuscripts is not permitted, as such actions can lead to the inefficient use of valuable resources. Our editors and reviewers invest considerable time and effort in the evaluation and processing of each manuscript, which involves both financial and temporal commitments.
If authors find it necessary to request the withdrawal of their manuscripts while they are still in the peer review process, please be aware that a withdrawal fee of $20 per manuscript will be imposed by the publisher. Additionally, it is important to note that withdrawing a manuscript from one journal after it has been accepted by another journal is deemed unethical. In cases where an author withdraws a manuscript after it has received acceptance for publication, a penalty of $50 per manuscript will apply.
We appreciate your understanding that manuscript withdrawals will only be allowed once the corresponding withdrawal penalties have been fully settled with the publisher. Thank you for your cooperation in maintaining the integrity of the publication process.
